The Full Story
Spectra Wing LLC is owned and operated by Matthew Irvine. Matt is a FAA certificated airframe and powerplant mechanic who has a Master's in Engineering Technology, and is an ISO AS9100/AS9110 auditor. Matt has worked at OEMs, MROs, and in the airlines during his career, and has noticed that people with autism are often excluded from employment or denied advancement opportunities. Spectra Wing LLC sees the value that those on the autism spectrum can bring, and provides a supportive work environment for them.
